Job Title: Talent Advisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Talent Advisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The Talent Advisor will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our organization. This role plays a crucial part in the company’s growth and success by identifying and acquiring the best candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Responsibilities
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms with candidates
– Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
– Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven work experience as a Talent Advisor or similar role
– Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
– Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
