Job Overview:
The HR Trainee will assist the HR team in various tasks and gain practical experience in human resource functions. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in HR and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.

Responsibilities:
– Aid in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
– Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
– Support HR managers in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
– Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities, such as workshops or training programs.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
