Title: HR Intern

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, HR coordination, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening and interview scheduling
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and onboarding
Support employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
Support attendance, leave, and employee data management
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate team
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
HR-related certifications or training programs are an added advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
