The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across these platforms. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement performance marketing strategies using Meta and Google Ads.
– Create and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
– Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
– Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
– Monitor and track campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, and other KPIs.
– Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign goals.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
– Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in optimizing campaigns for performance metrics.
