Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the human resources function for a Greenfield project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the organization’s objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals.
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Drive employee engagement and retention efforts.
– Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
– Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
– Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and drive business success.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Master’s degree preferred
– 12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
