Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships in the field.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting field visits to potential clients to promote products/services
– Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling and networking
– Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory
– Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
– Providing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
– Negotiating and closing sales deals
– Keeping track of sales activities and submitting regular reports
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to drive and travel within the assigned territory
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
– Proven track record of successful sales experience
