Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
– Source potential candidates through various channels
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
– Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
– Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
