Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to improve results
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

– Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
