Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented QA Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
– Identify and document defects in a clear and concise manner
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
– Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and providing feedback to enhance the quality of deliverables
– Stay current with industry best practices for quality assurance and testing methodologies
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 0-2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
– Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
– Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software
– Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
