Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
– Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
– Assist with employee relations activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications:
