Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Lead with 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will lead QA teams, design and execute test strategies, ensure product quality, and work closely with development and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor QA engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
Define, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, test plans, and test cases.
Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to identify, track, and resolve defects.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases by monitoring test progress and results.
Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide preventive solutions.
Prepare and present QA metrics, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
Skills Required
Strong expertise in manual and automation testing (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
Knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, STLC).
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Postman, Jenkins, Git.
Strong understanding of database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
