Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing principles and practices to ensure high-quality software products are delivered. The QA Manual Tester will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and providing detailed reports to help improve software quality.
Responsibilities
– Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
– Executing test cases and analyzing results to identify defects
– Reporting and documenting technical issues and bugs
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
– Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement
– Participating in troubleshooting and debugging issues
Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in manual software testing
– Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience with creating and executing test cases
– Ability to work in an agile development environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA and TestRail
