Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers.
– Introduce products/services and explain their benefits.
– Answer queries and provide information about the products/services.
– Schedule appointments or sales visits for the sales team.
– Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements and Skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good listening skills.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain polite and professional.
– Basic computer skills.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
