REAL VALUE FINLOAN SERVICES PVT LTD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with financial service inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain company products and financial services
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and call logs
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
