Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Analyst with at least 6 years of proven work experience in quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of software products, creating test plans, and executing test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product specifications.
– Execute test cases and report defects, documenting all findings and results.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to achieve project goals.
– Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve product quality and reliability.
– Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
– Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
– Solid communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
– 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
