Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with at least 0-2 years of experience to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
– Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
– Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients
– Prepare regular reports on client account status and performance

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– At least 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
