Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to drive end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and support hiring needs for a reputed client in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing and headhunting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions
Utilize recruitment portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, etc.) effectively
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, and other platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
