As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. You will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, making a positive impression and maintaining a professional image for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and manage visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams and visitors
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements and Skills:
