Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Management Executive with at least 1-3 years of experience in human resources and talent management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent management processes within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
– Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
– Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
– Implement performance management processes to ensure employee goals align with the organization’s objectives.
– Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
– Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
– Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and succession planning.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee development.
– Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in talent management or HR role.
– SHRM certification is a plus.
