Job Overview:
The HR Head is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the organization. They will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the overall business objectives. The HR Head will lead a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Lead the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
– Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Act as a strategic partner to senior management on human resources-related issues
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices
– Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven leadership and people management skills
– Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
