Job Title: Legal Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our team and provide support to our legal department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a legal role and will assist in research, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys in various legal matters.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research on various issues and prepare memoranda outlining findings
– Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and briefs
– Assist in case preparation and support attorneys during trials
– Maintain and organize legal files and documentation
– Correspond with clients, courts, and other parties as needed
– Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
– 1-3 years of experience working in a legal role
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficiency in legal research tools and software
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
– Admission to the Bar (preferred but not required)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
