Job Title: Receptionist (1 Year Experience)

Job Overview:
As a Receptionist with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for managing the front desk activities of the office, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
– Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
– Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed
– Ensure security procedures are followed to protect company assets

Requirements and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
– Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role for at least 1 year
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Experience working with office equipment such as printers and copiers
– Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures
