Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for handling front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth functioning of the reception area.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests entering the office
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
– Manage and schedule appointments
– Assist in administrative tasks as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
– Provide information and assistance to visitors
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures
– Coordinate with other departments as necessary

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
– Professional and friendly demeanor

Qualifications:
– High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
