Job Title: Quality Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The Quality Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards within the organization to ensure products and services meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
– Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality issues
– Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives
– Provide training on quality standards and best practices
– Prepare reports and documentation related to quality metrics
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a similar role
– Knowledge of quality management systems and tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Certification in quality management is a plus
