Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
– Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
