Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa applications and provide guidance throughout the visa process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of visa regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their visa needs and eligibility.
2. Assist clients with completing visa application forms and gathering required documentation.
3. Provide guidance on visa requirements, regulations, and procedures.
4. Liaise with embassies and consulates to schedule visa appointments and track visa applications.
5. Keep clients informed of the status of their visa applications and address any inquiries or concerns.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application details.
7. Stay up to date on changes in visa policies and regulations.
8. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing visa applications and documenting client information.
6. Proficiency in using visa application systems and software.
7. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
8. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. International Relations, Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline).
– Certification in visa counselling or related areas is preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
