Job Title: Talent Acquisition (HR)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition professional with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s needs.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
– Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers
– Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
– Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
