We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Tech Lead cum Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
– Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
– Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
– Manage stakeholders and communicate project status regularly
– Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– 8+ years of experience in software development and project management
– Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
– Technical expertise in software development technologies
Qualifications:
