The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, proven experience in creating custom WordPress websites, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop custom WordPress websites based on client requirements.
– Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet design and functionality needs.
– Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure website content is optimized for SEO.
– Test website functionality and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
Requirements and Skills:
– 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Website Designer or similar role.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
– Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
– Experience working with page builders such as Elementor or Divi.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Excellent communication and time management skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
– Certification in WordPress or web design is a plus.
