Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance. The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions and records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial statements
– Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
– Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
– Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– CPA certification is a plus, but not required
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
