Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business operations and processes to help improve efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct detailed business analysis to identify areas for improvement
– Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
– Analyze data and processes to identify trends and opportunities
– Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor outcomes
– Provide ongoing support and insight to drive continuous improvement
Requirements skill:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
– Strong understanding of business processes and operations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
