Job Overview:
The Workday Application Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Workday platform. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure applications, and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform
– Configure and customize Workday applications to meet business needs
– Develop integrations between Workday and other systems
– Perform ongoing maintenance and provide support for the Workday platform
– Work on system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations
– Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday applications
– Proficiency in Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules
– Strong understanding of Workday architecture and development tools
– Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders
– Workday certification is a plus
