Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Quality Control to oversee and lead all quality control activities within the manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting quality standards, leading QC teams, and ensuring all products meet required specifications and compliance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the quality control team across all manufacturing stages.
Design and implement QC processes, inspection plans, and testing methods.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, BIS) and customer requirements.
Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed quality documentation and audit reports.
Handle internal and external quality audits effectively.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement departments to resolve quality issues.
Train and mentor QC staff for continuous improvement and technical upskilling.

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of QC methodologies, quality tools (e.g., 7QC tools, Six Sigma), and equipment.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory norms.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, quality software/tools, and report writing.
