Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage our SEO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility and drive organic traffic. The SEO Team Lead will also oversee a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve our SEO goals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
– Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
– Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
– Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists to ensure high-quality work and achievement of goals.
– Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to implement SEO best practices.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness of strategies.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a leadership role.
– Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and results.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
– Strong communication and team management skills.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in SEO.
– Proven leadership skills.
