Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and implementing solutions to improve business operations. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
– Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
– Develop business cases and proposals for process improvements or new initiatives.
– Support project managers in implementing solutions and monitoring project progress.
– Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis and research.
– Assist in training and communicating changes to stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
– Experience working with project management tools is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
– 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.
– Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
