Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. As an intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the recruitment process and help attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Help maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems
– Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
– Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Qualifications:
– Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
– Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
– Ability to commit to a minimum of 10-20 hours per week
