The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between the company and its employees, labor unions, and government agencies to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective labor relations strategies and policies.
– Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with labor unions.
– Address and resolve labor disputes or grievances.
– Provide guidance and support on labor laws and regulations.
– Collaborate with HR and legal teams on labor-related matters.
– Monitor and analyze industry trends and practices related to industrial relations.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
– 20+ years of experience in industrial relations, with a proven track record of successful negotiations.
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
– 20+ years of experience in industrial relations.
– Certification in Labor Relations (preferred).
