Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Industrial Relations with at least 20 years of relevant experience to oversee all aspects of labor relations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between the company and its employees, labor unions, and government agencies to ensure a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective labor relations strategies and policies.
– Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with labor unions.
– Address and resolve labor disputes or grievances.
– Provide guidance and support on labor laws and regulations.
– Collaborate with HR and legal teams on labor-related matters.
– Monitor and analyze industry trends and practices related to industrial relations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
– 20+ years of experience in industrial relations, with a proven track record of successful negotiations.
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
– 20+ years of experience in industrial relations.
– Certification in Labor Relations (preferred).
