Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
– Generate and send out invoices to clients.
– Follow up on outstanding payments and monitor accounts receivable aging.
– Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
– Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
– Update customer records with payment information.
– Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts receivable or related role.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
