Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Utilize recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and appeal to top candidates.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports and insights to management.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job portals, and ATS.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with internal teams.
Strong understanding of employment laws and best HR practices.
