Job Title: QA Manual Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing software applications and ensuring that they meet quality standards. The QA Manual Engineer will work closely with developers and other team members to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a smooth user experience.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
– Identify and report software defects and issues.
– Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve problems.
– Conduct regression testing and performance testing.
– Document test results and communicate findings to the team.
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
– 4+ years of experience in QA manual testing.
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Experience with manual testing of web-based applications.
– Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
– Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
