Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Executive – QMS for our manufacturing plant located in Vallam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving quality systems, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QMS activities in alignment with ISO/IATF 16949 standards
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
Prepare for and manage customer audits, including documentation and closure
Drive process improvements across the quality function
Maintain comprehensive quality records and reports
Collaborate with internal departments to meet quality objectives
Develop and present reports using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
6 to 7 years of experience in a QMS role within the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of ISO/IATF standards and documentation procedures
Proficient in MS Office tools
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
