Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and driven professionals for the position of QMS Executive / Senior Executive to join our manufacturing team in Sanand (Gujarat) and Vallam (Chennai). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to compliance standards, especially ISO and IATF 16949
Handle customer complaints and coordinate effective resolutions
Manage customer audits, including preparation, participation, and post-audit closures
Maintain and monitor quality documentation and records
Collaborate with internal departments for continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare quality reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF compliance standards
Experience in handling customer complaints and audits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
