Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall success of our development team.
Responsibilities:
– Designing, coding, and implementing Java applications
– Leading and managing development projects
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
– Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers
– Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
– Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed
– Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development
– Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies
– Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture
– Proficiency in database design and SQL
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
– 7+ years of experience in Java development
– Proven track record of successfully leading development projects
