Requirements:
Must have excellent English communication skills
Experience working in publicly listed companies
Experience in organizations with 500 or more employees
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee HR operations within the factory environment
Handle employee relations and drive engagement initiatives
Manage HR administration and maintain records
Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR functions
Organize and facilitate staff training and development programs
