Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting within the IT industry. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
– Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
– Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
– Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
– Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, trends, and roles
– Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter
– Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring IT professionals
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
