Responsibilities:

– Segment email lists based on various criteria to deliver personalized campaigns.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
– A/B test emails to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
– Ensure compliance with email best practices and privacy regulations.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing objectives.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve email marketing efforts.
Requirements Skill:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
– 4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
– Solid understanding of email metrics, deliverability, and segmentation strategies.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed campaign decisions.
– Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
– Knowledge of email regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
– Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for performance.
