Job Title: Tele Caller
Designation: Appointment Booking Executive
Location: Bimal Auto Agency Pvt. Ltd., 184-185, Whitefield Main Road, Opposite Forum Value Mall, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Preferably with Telesales background in Automobile industry)
Language Requirements:
– Good English, Hindi & Kannada
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational/fixed week off, excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Tele Callers to book appointments for car service, new car sales test drives, and car insurance renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to customers to book appointments
– Convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive
– Provide excellent customer service
– Ensure minimal errors in communication
– Articulate effectively with customers
Requirements:
– Quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes
– Detail-oriented and thorough
– Demonstrates flair for helping and servicing clients
– Active listening, empathy, and patience
– Ability to work 6 days with 1 rotational week off
– Willingness to work from office
Preferred Candidates:
– Experienced in Telesales or Telecalling (Automobile industry preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Result-oriented and target-driven
