Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will represent the company’s products or services in face-to-face interactions with potential clients, negotiate sales agreements, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek out potential customers.
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
– Present product/service offerings to prospects and demonstrate their value.
– Negotiate sales terms and close deals in a timely manner.
– Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets.
– Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements and Skills:
– 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar role.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to travel and work independently.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
– Proficiency in using sales CRM software.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
– Proven sales training or certifications are a plus.
