Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Java-based applications, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ubuntu and Linux environments.
Write and execute SQL queries to manage and analyze data.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper functioning of applications built on Spring Boot.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
Manage and document issues, providing detailed reports and solutions.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on progress and resolutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java programming.
Exposure to Ubuntu and Linux-based environments.
Strong understanding of SQL queries and databases.
Basic knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and English (both written and spoken).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work in a rotational shift.
Preferred Skills:
Prior exposure to customer support or application support roles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
