Job Description

The Videographer & Editor will be responsible for creating impactful video content to enhance sales on the company’s website through social media channels. This role focuses on producing high-quality videos that showcase products, promotions, and brand stories to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical video production skills, and the ability to produce content that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
• Video Production for Sales & Marketing:
• Plan, shoot, and produce video content that promotes products and enhances sales on the website.
• Create promotional videos, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling content tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Work with the marketing team to align video content with sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Content Creation:
• Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content specifically designed for social media to drive traffic to the website.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into video content to maximize reach and impact.
• Edit videos to optimize them for different social media platforms, ensuring they meet platform-specific requirements.
• Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate the brand message and encourage conversions.
• Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add graphics, animations, and effects that enhance the visual appeal of the content.
• Ensure all video content is consistent with brand standards and optimized for performance across digital channels.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts that drive online sales.
• Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing goals and messaging.
• Project Management:
• Manage the end-to-end production process for multiple video projects, from concept development to final delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of video content to meet campaign deadlines and promotional schedules.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in video production and editing, with a focus on digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience creating video content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, audio, and camera operation.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling video content that drives sales.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
